Ideal hotel for a quick trip to Florence.

Did the job for what we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to centre of the beautiful old city. The staff was exceptional and incredibly helpful. Would defo stay there again.

Room could have done with a bit of updating and aircon could have been better but it didn't spoil anything for us.

Terrific location close to most must see landmarks

Great location in walking distance to Duomo & around the corner from the train station. Central Market is one block away & the Ponte Vecchio is a 15 minute walk. Very clean quiet apartment & we were lucky to have a top floor apartment with a large terrace.

Breakfast was very good and the location is excellent. Staff very nice and help full. And everything very clean.

Only thing that was not good was there was only one person serving at breakfast and refilling bacon /scrambled eggs was not good enough

Very central, near the strain station, but only 15-20 minute walk to the river and museums.

Arrived around 10am and was prepared to leave luggage in the lobby and go out to sightseeing straight away, but to my . surprise the room offered was ready for check-in at no extra charge!. This gave me a chance to freshen up and head out sightseeing!

None over the 2 nights only stay.

Got very exceptional service from man on front desk, Francisco!

Although breakfast room staff tried hard, there could have been more selection for 16 euro cost.

Good location. Rooms are spacious . Staff at reception very friendly.

You have to ask at reception for more towels. Not enough in the room. Housekeeping very loud outside the rooms in the morning. Housekeeping ladies not helpful . Carpets are stained in the room. Amenities very basic . Shower floors stained .
